About Me
Hey there! My name is SarcomaSlayer! Im just a chill dude, learning HTML and enjoying myself. I'm 20 years old and live in the US. I like doing far too many things for my own good, (makes it quite hard to pick a career). I like 3d modeling, CAD, machining, making, pixel art, architecture, video games, 3d-printing, and the list goes on. Hope you enjoy your stay here in my domain! check in every once in a while to stay on top of changes and additions.
Origins of my name:
My username SarcomaSlayer comes from a past battle with cancer, when I was in elementry school I was diagnosed with sarcoma cancer, and while I did succesfully beat it within a year or so of discovery, I know many arent so lucky. In fact Technoblade and alextestria both succumbed to this battle, and while they experienced different types of sarcoma, it was still a danger to me. My name stands as a testament to my accomplishment and hopefully a symbol of hope to those who are dealing with a similar experience. This accomplishment though is not by my own power or just because we caught it in time, but was helped by the many people who came to visit me during my battle and prayed for recovery and safety for me. Even now I'm dealing with after-effects of the treatments.
Keep fighting friends, its all worth it in the end.
Site Info
This site is made 100% by me, no templates or anything. I am still learning HTML and CSS as I go but I'm still proud of it all. Much of the learning is sourced from Microsoft's Copilot, by asking how to do a specific formatting technique or similar, and extrapolating and expanding on what it shows. Much of the development of this site is done during my spare time at work as a way to fill time- so very little happens with it when im home. I do not plan to implement any javascript or anything besides CSS styling and HTML content to make this site as accessible as possible. In the future I may transfer this site off of neocities and onto a self-hosted server to allow for more interesting hooks and larger storage. If you have any questions for me or want to get in touch with me feel free to leave a comment on my profile! (I may also add an email to contact later but we'll see.)
